The Amos Gould House is a private family home, and it is not available to rent or book for commercial purposes. Under the City of Owosso zoning ordinance, a residential property may hold up to two permitted special events each calendar year, each lasting up to four days. When we host one of those, or partner with a community organization on one, it will be free, open to the community, and permitted through the city, and we’ll post the details here. Any other gatherings at the house are private and hosted by our family. Thank you for your interest in the Gould House and for caring about Owosso’s history.
