I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I have read and understood the following Release of Liability for my visit to the Amos Gould Historic House and Grounds:

I understand that the Amos Gould House, built in 1860, its surrounding gardens, carriage house, lawns, and all associated grounds (collectively "the Property") are currently undergoing renovation and restoration.

I am aware that exploring a historic property, including its buildings, gardens, carriage house, and grounds, involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, uneven surfaces, loose materials, partially completed work, landscape hazards, and other dangers associated with historic structures and grounds under restoration.

My presence anywhere on the Property is entirely voluntary.
I accept full responsibility for my own safety, as well as the safety and security of any personal equipment, vehicles, or belongings I bring onto any part of the Property.
I agree to comply with all posted signs, verbal instructions from staff or volunteers, and to use reasonable caution while on any part of the Property.

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the owners, operators, staff, volunteers, or any other persons associated with the Amos Gould House from all liability for any loss or damage, and any claim or demands on account of injury to my person or property or resulting in my death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, while I am anywhere on the Property.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur due to my presence anywhere on the Property.

I understand that this Release of Liability applies to all areas of the Property including but not limited to the main house, gardens, carriage house, and lawns.

I intend to sign the Visitor Liability Release Form electronically. I understand that checking boxes and clicking the "I Agree" button at the bottom of this form constitutes my electronic signature, which is the legal equivalent of my manual signature.I consent to conduct this transaction electronically. I agree that the electronic signatures appearing on this agreement are the same as handwritten signatures for the purposes of validity, enforceability, and admissibility.I acknowledge that I have the required technology (internet access and a device capable of accessing this form) to sign this document electronically.I understand that I have the option to sign this document manually instead of electronically. If I choose to sign manually, I can request a paper copy by using the contact information provided on this Gould Historic website.I understand that I will receive a fully executed copy of this agreement via email (as provided) upon completion of the signing process.I agree that the Amos Gould Historic House and Grounds may retain this signed agreement electronically and reproduce it as required. I understand I can download and save a copy of this agreement for my records.I have read and agree to the terms outlined in the Visitor Liability Release Form.
